After multiple case interview and assessment rounds at a consulting firm 🙃, I finally made it to the final round behavioral interview with a partner. This firm only seriously tests behaviorals in the end, and their behavioral interview is longer than a typical one.

If I act like a normal person who's professional and fun to work with and I demonstrate alignment with their goals, do I essentially have the job? Or should I still strive to go above and beyond? What should I keep in mind?
