I think more companies should offer sexual satisfaction services an an employee benefit. Trends show people are having less and sex and starting sex later in life. Companies can attract young talent by basically sending sex workers
to employee’s homes to fulfill that need. CFB programs have been doing this for recruiting for decades.
Survey & focus groups to identify employee perceptions of culture at present to identify weaknesses. Comms & awareness around speaking up & open door culture. Leadership town halls. Transparency surrounding decision-making to the extent that is possible.
Nps scores & feedback surveys to give you transparency into the culture. Concete reccs can be having a team dedicated to improving culture including work events, health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, etc. Look at companies who do this well and what those teams promote and instill into the company.
