I’m starting a new company called “Bubble”. We will sell giant inflatable plastic bubbles with AI operated motors. Inside the bubble is an office desk and chair. Occupants can work inside the bubble as it drives them around. The bubbles are small enough to go into elevators so you can drive right into work without ever having to interact with anybody or anything ever again.
With AI vision it will avoid anything that is threatening. We will integrate a speaker so AI can offer therapy to the attacker and/or the occupant while the attack is being actively avoided.

You’d need actual panels of mental health professionals to assess each individual. As you say, both approaches require resources not currently available so it’s all theoretical discourse at the moment. Where you believe all or most people can become stable enough to be on their own, I think a sizable portion of the population cannot and needs a permanent place to live with needed care.

Anytime I’m on a bus or train I refuse to sit in seats that has me facing forwards with people behind me. If there’s empty seats then it’s fine but if not, I’m taking the side seat or standing.
