After watching "dating on the spectrum" on Netflix, I thought about how likeable they are because they wear their hearts on their sleeves. I decided to improve my leadership abilities by being the same way for the last 2 years. Now I have closer relationships than ever before with coworkers and clients. Everyone is super nice to me and always gives me encouragement and praise. Some think I am definitely autistic but I'm ok with that. I do no work and life has gotten much easier. 🤗

Have a crush on my co-worker. I have a therapist that I see twice a month and it has helped me to some extent. I feel like I’m in a general plateau. I feel like we are going through some repetitive themes that I see and understand. I have high functioning depression and I’m going through the “and what?” Phase of it all. Is this common?
