Sometimes I just like to go to a brewery or coffee shop and just read. Being around people just helps me mentally, even when I’m not talking to anyone!

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. Some days (yesterday) I wake up feeling invincible and some days (today) want to hide myself the rest of the world and feel like nothing will ever get better. I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.
