Much more than usual. What we are seeing is not normal turnover. It’s a combination of heavy SMs being let go because budget constraints, no raises bc of Covid and then normal turnover on top of that.
Morale in public was very low through November/ early December. That was when industry started hiring like crazy, (probably optimistic after the vaccine came out). People are giving their notice now after the background checks are clearing which also had delays due to the holidays. Just my take...
I seriously cant wait to give my two weeks. My senior was awful, didn’t have a counselor until last week, and the talent consultant was no help. So excited for Monday!!! Happy only two more weeks of this toxic environment
Nice! I got an offer but wasn’t a good fit. Still interviewing so hoping to land a good one soon.
3 more weeks for me!

In my group alone we have had 2 senior managers and 2 managers leave within the last 3 months. In the office there’s been more.
It goes in cycles. There is always a decent amount of turnover. It is higher now, but seemed lower than usual the last few years
