Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Again, this is why KPMG can’t have nice things. 🤦🏻♂️
Too much to respond to. I think our low 3's are really two groups, frankly, I think most of the low 3's are people given different projects/opportunities would have been the 4/5s. I have seen it so many time... person A didn't do well on crap project 1, so they go on another crap project. While Person B hit a home run on a great project so we put them on another great project. So many subtle ways we steer the outcomes.
@EY 1: The PA industry as a whole needs a hero like you at every round table meeting.
Agree EY 2 . EY 1 you are what PA needs more of at roundtables
Becoming place where either you sign life away to get a 5 or you absolutely coast and are a low 3. Managers and senior managers come to rely on certain people with the others just get away with low performance. Not sure I agree but do feel that my teams right now are either high 4’s or 5’s or low 3’s. What you guys think
I also agree with ey1. What a guy. What office and service line
What about square tables or rectangular tables? Seriously have you ever had a big meeting at a round table? I THINK NOT.
Yo I dunno the rest of my Klynveldians but I’m doin aight. I know the EY recruiters fill up my inbox like they thirsty.
In my group it’s all high performers (Transaction Tax) so it feels like it’s more difficult to get a 4 or 5. I used to get higher ratings in general tax but since changing groups I’ve come to terms with being average.
Yeah that makes me mad too but at the end of the day my personality will never let me just coast and be a 3
@EY OP, I'm Atlanta Tax.
Everyone, thanks for the feedback, I'm trying. Not necessarily winning, but trying.
Well the Big 4 partner selling point is sign away your life and you’ll become rich right? Thought that was known...
