Offers in hand:
Deloitte USI- Consulting (CBO) : 14 fixed+10% var+ 1.5 JB
Cognizant: 18+1 var
Getting Healthcare Consultant profile in both
I won't be getting any hike/variable in Cognizant next year due to my off-cycle entry.
Will be getting some hike/var in Deloitte on pro-rata.
If I look at long-term, I'll Deloitte will get me at par with its good enough hikes every year. More in comments
