It IS still fine to wear some clean kicks with a suit/dressy attire! I would scope out the place but I think sneakers are fine in office & dress shoes for any higher level / client meetings. Just bought myself womens Ferragamo loafers. Beautiful shoes, comfy & pretty neutral while not having a bulky "masculine" aesthetic (same here - I dont like to wear heels or ballet flats). Good luck - pave your own way :)

Also I’d be over the moon if someone told me it would still be fine to wear my kicks with my nice suit 😁
Take a look at fashion blogs and steal some looks. I’d say you can wear whatever you want on those feet. But I worked somewhere once where the he department slammed you for wearing jeans… which was super shitty.
Have you looked into driver/loafer style shoes. Rothy makes some but also plenty of brands make leather ones
Have you tried kids? I also have small feet and buy a lot of kids shoes 🙃

I’m in tech and we can totally wear kicks with suits and I do. I second a good pair of loafers— Gucci if you want to spoil yourself but Coach outlet has great dress shoes and heels that I can wear all day.
I’d also check out Clarks— they have great simple heels that are comfortable. Go for a block heel and you should be able to do some walking or wear all day.
You can totally wear ‘dressy’ kicks with a suit. Also loafers and anything patent. My go-to is bootie/boots.
Chelsea boots or loafers. My favorites are Tod’s as they are the most comfortable ones, imho
