Alright…I need recommendations on dressy-ish shoes that aren’t feminine heels or ballet flats. I used to work for an athletic apparel company and it was very “athleisure” focused, and when I did dress up it was totally appropriate to wear cool sneakers with a suit. I’m going to be starting a leadership role at a financial firm soon and need recommendations on shoes to wear that aren’t too feminine—I just don’t feel “me” in most women’s shoes and I tend to dress more gender neutral.

The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults. Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?

See a therapist and all, but still deal with lows that seem hard to overcome for weeks on end - losing interest, hard to focus on work, sleeping difficulties, etc. Hard to tell when to make that decision!
