I got an offer in UBS pune with 20 lakh fixed CTC for AO role, plus 80k shift allowances + 2.5 lakh relocation.
Also have an offer from Capgemini Pune for Manager role 26.75 lakhs ( 24.2 lakh fixed + 2.5 variable).
YOE - 13 years. This is my first switch.

Is there a definitive guide to cost of living? The obvious cost of living centers (SF, NYC, LA etc.) get covered a lot, but I’m wondering where my city falls. H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?
