I’ve been there. It sucks. But ultimately, a name on your resume does not define you. You are more than a job. In fact, the best job in the world will be nothing more than just a job. So go out, take time reconnect with the things that make you, you. You’ll get over it. You got this.
Not saying this is always the case, but I’ve worked at agencies I previously loved and admired only to be given the shittiest assignments in the agency or jump balls with so many teams on them that my chances of producing anything were tiny. And I’ve taken jobs at places I was less excited about and wound up getting the best assignments in the house and the internal respect to keep the work good.
You’ll find your place.
Yup! This is so true.
I second the comment above, a job doesn't define you. What is meant for you will find you. Keep trying and something will pull through! You should do something small to celebrate yourself, I like to practice celebrating myself for little things like making it through the 3rd round.
Echo these comments! It’s just a job. Just means there is something better out there for you. Take time to celebrate yourself and reconnect with those you love.
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that!! But at the end of the day, you have to remember that if it's not for you, it's not for you and that's completely okay!! I hope this week pans out better fo you though. Def take a mental health day if you can!
I'm so sorry. Get it out of your system - whatever that means for you, if it's having a good cry go for it! Then, start coming up with a list of ways to improve your interview skills or resume. It's really competitive right now and that's not to say anything is wrong with what you're doing, but it's never a bad idea
Keep going and take it easy on yourself. You're doing the best you can!

Honestly just blow up the career ladder of lies!
Onward and upward. I truly believe that what is for you, will always be for you. If this isn't it, something better is on the horizon.
