Am I doing something wrong? It seems like the number of interview requests I’m getting have dried up considerably over the past month. I’m on LinkedIn almost all day applying to jobs. And then reaching out to the hiring manager to establish a channel of communication. My book and resume is updated. I’m also religiously checking career pages on agency websites. I have 6+ years of experience and I’m open to FL, FT, remote, hybrid, in office (NYC). What am I missing? Any advice is welcome 🙏🏼

However, it seems like I’m not making it past the first 1:1 interview. 3 out of 4 have resulted in not the right fit for reasons unknown; they don’t provide any feedback either.
