Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

Honestly, I’m not taking any in house positions where the base salary is less than $175,000. So, I advise you to do the same unless you are super desperate. You need to start applying asap.
So, I would network to get into a medium size law firm and/or keep applying for in house positions. Alternatively, if you aren’t opposed, government in a specialty area as a non-lawyer can set you up for success but that may be the last path you want to take for various reasons. Before I land a job I’m usually 50-200 applications. The job market sucks and it may take over a year but networking is key. Ive hit up random people on LinkedIn for phone calls and reached out to old law school friends. You should be aiming to do at minimum 5-10 solid applications a week. I am a specialist so that number is usually around 1-5 a week in this economy.
$110k with at least 4 YOE (sounds like you may have substantially more than that) is wild. I'd leave yesterday.
Median salary lawyer on BLS is 150K lol... This is sort of on par for someone without law firm experience (which most people have), no?

Yeah minimum should be around 175-180 for a junior IHC role. Keep looking
Underpaid. Time to leave
I was in this trap for longer than I should have. Time to move on. Better fish in the sea. You might just find a role that pays significantly more and has the same or better WLB.
I don't think you should expect to make meaningfully more in government work. Maybe you should consider the private sector.
