Not near enough info to provide any meaningful insight. Where do you live? What type of travel do you do most.

Go with whichever carrier has highest market share near your home airport. Unless you're in one of the few metro areas that can support multiple hubs - close to LAX, or in NY JFK/LGA (not EWR,!where UA is the only real choice), In LA and NY deeper analysis of what nonstops on AA vs DL are available to you and which frequent flyer benefits you care about is needed. This also applies to Chicago between AA and UA at O'Hare and Southwest at Midway, and Dallas (AA at DFW vs Southwest at Love).

United!

Just switch from AA to Delta, not a fan so far

I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? Seems like their culture is great, but a much higher work load due to the nature of the company. Thanks! Happy to answer DM's too

Interviewed for a senior strategist role and as we were griping about how clients can be, I said “oh yeah well the dream job is to never work with clients again right?!” And the recruiter just got back to me that “the role requires client interaction so that’s a dealbreaker”. Rant: I finally got a baby registry started and sent the link to family... and immediately was told all the things I need on there that I don't have (including things I'm opting to just NOT GET, like an electric pump - why is my nursing preference up for debate????). I hate it already. I'm tempted to take it down, buy it all myself and just tell people to start a college fund if it bothers them.

I'm 38, have had 4 miscarriages and the PRESSURE OF THIS PREGNANCY is unreal.

So about quiet quitting, at another job I was in I felt I was getting more and more tacked onto my job and picking up the slack of everyone else. I told my boss that I was doing work that was in someone else’s job description and it would be nice if they could help me out by doing their job. He told me, “But you’re so much better at it.” Looking back, I think the whole team was quiet quitting and he was resting on me and so I real quit. What are ya’lls thoughts? Have you ever done it?

If I decline the offer and stay with my firm, I can make another $50,000 payment at the end of the year. I ultimately want to be in house, preferably in tech.
