Amex Platinum vs CSR. Is there a clear winner? Planning on applying for one of these. Any advice is appreciated

I got an offer from epam but confused whether it’s epam systems or anywhere.
As I have been given fixed salary and remote work. But on offer it states EPAM systems.
Could someone please let me know who has joined epam anywhere recently if on offer it’s mentioned as anywhere?
On my interview invites as well it was mentioned anywhere.

Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
