An Accenture hr called me by seeing my profile in naukri and she scheduled an assesment for Custom Software engineer role for functional tester, and i cleared the assessment and 2 rounds of interview. After that a hr called called me and said to upload the documents in the portal, i have completed uploading, on the same day I have received the mail for not considering and the status in the portal also went to not considering and inactive. What should I do?? Anyone help please.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. What is the notice period if left in probation period?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.
