Annual Review Time. I am currently a Senior Product Owner. I have 14 YOE working in for a major outsourcing company that no longer exists. I worked in the DBA/DBE/Unix Admin arena. Stepped away from IT for 10 years running a service based non-it related business. Returned to IT 5 years ago working Project Mgt/Product Owner Role receiving high performance reviews working with infrastructure teams. What is a good salary goal given this level of experience?

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy. I perform MTMs for 6 or so stores and am now a being asked to other projects. I originally signed on to only do compounding and occasionally fill in at other stores when needed. I have another offer from a hospital that is significantly higher than what i am being paid now. Would just like some pointers on this kind of conversation

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.

Been at SEI 10 years, star of every team that I've worked on, and only make $87,000 annually with a $6,500 IC target. Asking for an increase this June to take me to $100,000 in some combination of salary and/or stock options. I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
