I have recently joined a product based company 1.5 months back.
I am finding it good here in terms of work, pressure, management etc.

I had given interview with SCB GBS earlier but got the offer now.
They are giving me 5 lakhs more than my new company CTC, but I have heard negative reviews
about SCB regarding hectic work and poor wlb , but extra 5 lakhs CTC is making me think two times.

Is it wise for me to leave my current product based where I am fine for now to join SCB.

It was Deloitte interview couple of years back before pandamic. I was waiting for result of my technical round , HR came she told your are selected for next round so I asked may I know the schedule , she said tomorrow. So naturally I asked her that can I leave. She got excited and said, "it is Deloitte not like any other service industry. You will have communication test."
I replied I am from Verizon which is fortune 15th may be you are trainee or fresher MBA. Why HR has no respect. It was rude.
