Currently I have low package... Do they give hike on current CTC or follow Band scale..?

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? In PwC we have have 20sick leaves and 22 privileged leaves, total 42 per year but I haven't used one till now. I have to use 4days per month to use all.

How to ask managers so that they approve leaves because this is our right still they have problem and don't approve?
