I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.

The best piece of advice I have ever received is to be confident. If you don’t feel confident, pretend. The best way to make an impression is to have confidence or at least the appearance of it. People are more likely to listen, and less likely to notice flaws. I know it sounds a lot easier than it is, but this was a game changer for me.
Practicing is always a good route, additionally there are plenty of online resources that can help. It would be worth it to check out ‘Coursera’.
Honestly, it's like riding a bike. You can watch people do it, read about technique, etc, but you wont get the hang of it without just going for it. You'll be super nervous- that's okay. Growth comes from experiences outside of our comfort zone. A great first step is a virtual platform like guest speaking on a webinar. I did my first webinar during covid and was STRESSING about it but then I got through it, even stumbled over a few words, and felt such a surge of adrenaline and relief. It was a great feeling.
Agree with Emily above - the only way IMO is to gain the experience. I had a friend in grad school who was sooo shy and uncomfortable public speaking, so she joined a toast masters group and it helped her immensely.
