I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
