Any folks that can fill me in on benefits at EY & PwC . Specifically Insurance, PTO, Tuition Assistance (might want to pursue grad) most of all, work culture. Not trying to get into a firm where managers & Sr. Managers yell at people and get away with it constantly.

Hi there! Can someone give a feedback on the IT Strategy role at Accenture Capability Network? I am from a Tier-1 MBA college with 1 YOE on a similar role, but this would be my first consulting job. Is the work profile too demanding and also how is it from career growth perspective? Your comments would help me a lot! Thanks! Accenture Accenture India

Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

I am reaching out to you all and am looking forward to break into Investment Banking from Consulting. Applied to Goldman Sachs via a referral but my resume is stuck after HireVue. Talked to the VO who referred me and he said Goldman doesn’t hire in Q4. If that’s true and still need to be in GS, can someone forward my resume directly to the team? Their career portal sucks. TIA Goldman Sachs PS: I promise a dinner in a dance place in NY after I get hired as a sign of my gratitude 🙈
Got laid off today at deloitte. Is anyone hiring
For anyone that works in PwC’s Cyber Risk & Regulatory - Enterprise Risk and Control Services practice, can you please provide detail about your day to day (workload, hrs, team, travel, etc) and experience so far? What opportunities does PwC offer outside of supporting financial audits within the practice. Thank you for the clarification in advance!

Insurance is slightly more expensive in pwc, PTO is unlimited in EY but it’s not good because when you leave you can’t encash it, tuition assistance is better in pwc coz EY only offers it for a select school, work culture is dependent upon your project and manager. Promotion and pay band is totally dependent upon if you are in client services division. Hope it helps. Good luck!
Pwc is more expensive but benefits are better than EY and pwc contributes into your hsa and EY does not. Apples to apples for me ended up with EY actually being about $100 more expensive a month for two people.
Benefits at PwC are mint awesome, PTO is good you’ll never have time to take it all, there is a tuition assistance program - work culture varies by group - some better than others
I came from PwC and they have better benefits overall imo but culture slightly better at EY but that might just be group/sl dependent.
Came from PwC. Didn’t notice a huge change in benefits overall, PwC probably has the edge. With respect to PTO, I’ve taken much more at EY than when I was at PwC. Prefer EY’s culture but YMMV
