Is the associated just a general AA?
Lots of opportunities within a few fields come top of mind to me:
-Education is always hiring (para professionals, TAs)
-Healthcare administration (medical assistants, secretaries, coordinators)
-911 dispatch
-Retail Management
Biggest thing is getting a foot in the door, and experience will speak louder than a degree over time

Mask designer - helps electrical engineers create layouts for their circuits. Would need to do some certified layout training first but can pay 50-60k starting
I've seen that Schroders London office has 1 year schemes for school leavers (have to be 18 yo tho), perhaps they have something similar in US? i think more companies are trying to target those w/o (full) uni degrees, at least in the UK
HR (look for generalist or coordinator roles in compensation, benefits, onboarding, etc), Executive Assistants, operations coordinators, airline customer service agents (amazing benefits, flexible shifts), IT helpdesk
