Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

The value is now over 400K and I have an equity of over 150K. We are thinking of moving to a different state.Should we rent this place ($2400/month) and with recent refinance my mortgage will be $1600/month(inclu pay all) or sell it to pull out equity for the new home in a different state? FYI: we have over 100K in cash to down payment.

Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Anyone ever had the trim on your house painted? 2000 square feet, was quoted $3500. This included the trim, garage door, and front door. Seems reasonable, no?

Our appraisal came through exactly as the offer price we put. Apparently by lenders 3rd party. Isnt that a bit fishy? If it came in lower our contract has the option to negotiate a bit with seller. What rates are people getting for condos? My uncle does this (he’s a realtor) and usually gets 2-3x return. Obviously there is huge risk because property prices can change a lot in 1-2 years, but at the same time the upside is hard to ignore.

Anyway I protect myself against the downside risk? (other than loosing my down payment)
