Probably around $150k but depends on industry, company, # direct reports, etc.

Sounds about right but highly variable like the poster above said based on firm and responsibilities. In my experience, for example, you’ll make more at Accenture than it’s competitors (Proxima, GEP, ProcureAbility, et Al). Also assuming USD, right?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary


Just posting as a reminder to LEAVE that job (within a reasonable time 😂) and go where the money is!

(p.s. I already know some of you have had higher increases in the same amount of time & I consider 6 months minimum is “within a reasonable time”)

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I mentioned that I recorded a few true-crime shows. My colleague jokingly said, "I hope I'm not on your hit-list!". I replied, "Not anymore." HR pulled me in to say a coworker complained about me talking about hit-lists, and they were now scared. HR wouldn't say who complained, so do I have a right to ask about the resolution to this?
