Comp pretty good - someone reported 185k for senior consultant in earlier thread, perks are standard/okay, types of projects depends on teams (there are 3 pillars: Strategy, PLM and Operations/Supply Chain), they have recently gone external (been historically an internal consultancy) and not getting much traction (that's why they left NY many years ago)
Being on the inside, I see exit opportunities within Siemens as a perk to be honest. With focus on external clients, you have the same exit opportunities as any other top tier consulting company. On top of that, you get the internal exit options (which are usually for senior positions).
P.S. I know this post of quite old, but just wanted to present another perspective.
Was reached out to by them recently. The strategy offering is being wound down essentially and they’re going to focus on cyber, ops, digital, etc
They do not consult internally at all anymore and seemed predominantly focused on operational technology.
Why anybody would hire them over a more tried and true consultancy (ACN, Uncle D, etc) I’m not sure. Perhaps that’s why they’re getting limited traction as C1 mentioned.
Unless you really like one of their business, I didn’t find it to be a compelling offering as exits into Siemens AG core biz are likely at lower levels now.

Awesome perspective - thanks C1!
