How much amount does EY Australia pay/ reimburse for relocation from a country in South East Asia? My question is for a Manager position if the amount changes with designations.
Alternatively, do they offer an option to provide relocation services from one of their vendors instead of reimbursing the relocation expenses. Your response will be very helpful! EY

Have an offer from FAANG company with TC around $200k. Non-tech Program Manager Low/Medium COL (Not Cali, NY, SEA). Awaiting offers for the other two for the same type role. What is considered a strong offer in terms of total comp for non-tech Program Management IC5/L5 for Facebook (Meta) , AWS, and Google Low/Medium COL? Would also help if u can provide expected base/bonus/rsu/sign on breakdown Current TC: 190K, 6 YOE, MBA
DO NOT TAKE THE DELOITTE SC OFFER
Why would you leave a manager level position for D as an SC??

Go FAANG.
Sounds like I should give some hope to my future tech boss?
I don’t see a value add from pwc to D unless you want to stick in consulting long term and want to make director / partner at D. Wait for FAANG. Deloitte will always be there for you. Switch to FAANG is tougher
180 is total comp of lot of D managers. If they are offering you 180 total comp as SC and you don't get on project fast you will be on firing list. Stay with pdub and come as M to D or go to Faang.
This is a good insight.

I agree with D1. That story would be harder to tell.
They told me it’s lateral because of D’s analyst bucket? Based on YOE, it would be SC? I need some clarity here
Don’t. 2 years to get promo to manager which outside will always see as “manager” even if closer to Director in industry. Plus you will then need to build relationships with PPMDs to make Sr. Manager but will be in the hole since you came in at SC and didn’t have time to network. They just want to have you fill a billable role at SC. Everything else is a false promise.
KPMG tried to do the same with me. I fought to come in as a Manager. They didn’t bump me up to Median Manager comp but I know the struggle from SC to M is greater than the struggle in getting comp adjustments
Thank you!
I will break your knees if you come to Deloitte so your physical becomes just as slow as your mental for taking a demotion as a SC and falling for it
Whoa! that's one sweet talking recruiter got you over here thinking about taking a demotion. You to recruiter->Manager or I'm not budging. 😂🤣😂
