CSP
Agree with Chase Sapphire. You should also look into getting a checking account through Charles Schwab. The high yield investor checking account let's you withdraw from any ATM and reimburses you for all fees
Chase Sapphire all the way. Traded up from the capital one venture card
Amex Premier Rewards Gold
CSP is amazing, Amex SPG is good as well, CSP is better

@D2 I've had the capital one venture card for years (I pay the fee to get 2x points for every dollar) and when I compare the two their benefits seemed pretty much identical. What made you decide to get chase sapphire?
@A1-both are great! I like that you can transfer points from Sapphire to hotels and flights and you can purchase flights half points/half dollars, which will help me for my friend's wedding in India if I don't have enough points for full coverage :)
Apparently Costco has a similar card. I like sapphire because it looks cool ;)
Discover!
USAA if you can get it
The CSP and Schwab combo is ideal. You even earn interest in the Schwab account. Used these backpacking through many countries. AmEx isn't accepted everywhere. And I also love CSP for living in NY- every cab and restaurant is double points.
Most cards these days don't have forex fees. Is focus more on getting a card that fits into your overall strategy
