Any suggestions for how to prep for a Data Scientist, Experience Management - Consultant position @ Deloitte?

From my research, it looks like deloitte focuses a lot on python, stats, data Sci and ML.

Would anyone like to share their interview experiences? What does Deloitte look for in a Data Scientist consultant?

Also, is this position under Management Consulting? If yes, do I need to prep for case interviews too?

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I had one of those VERY nonproductive days today. I think I accomplished maybe an hour of billable work, even though I had a bunch of stuff to do. I just came off a 300 hour month, and unexpectedly got a continuance on a deadline on Wednesday, and it’s like all of my motivation leeched out of me at once.

Is it worth it to do a PhD in Statistics or Epidemiology or Health Informatics if I am interested in being a data science director in Pharma or a Health system? I am working remotely a a data scientist right now. I am plan on learning more ML models for now. However, is there a certain point where it makes sense to get a PhD? I want to stay in the healthcare space but not sure what I should do next besides taking coursera classes.
