Popsugar Fitness and Blogilates are both good options

Sweat has multiple programs for at-home workouts with little to no equipment - strength building, cardio, yoga, pilates, etc. Peloton app still has a free trial and I know many people like that. A lot of studios are also doing Zoom classes right now!
To keep moving: jumping jacks, arm rolls, squats, planks, bridges, stretching, etc.
Take it from someone who has been in the same exact position... your body needs rest. Trust me, keep your heart rate as low as you can right now (COVID has the potential to wreck havoc on the heart).

Second this!!
"While an athlete or active individual is sick with COVID-19, they should not engage in any physical activity and should focus on rest, good hydration, proper nutrition and following the advice of their healthcare providers. The timeline of return back to exercise or sport is determined by how mild, moderate or severe the case was.
All athletes and people that engage in exercise that test positive for COVID-19, regardless of symptoms, must rest for a minimum of 10 days. There should be no physical activity or training in that 10 day time frame."

The BodyCoach, MadFit and Pamela Reif - all on YouTube, free and mostly no equipment!
Peloton has free classes without equipment!
Caroline Girvan, Natacha Oceane, and Sydney Cummings have lots of videos on YouTube
The Just Dance game! You can watch the videos on YouTube for free
Yoga With Adriene is great! Also, I recommend walking around in your apartment -- you'll feel silly doing it but you can totally get 10,000 steps that way, little by little. (Wear sneakers or supportive slippers though, the hard floors hurt after awhile)
Why can’t you just be a couch potato for two weeks

Are you looking for something that replicates the intensity of cardio, or something closer to weight training / HIIT?
Don’t you have to quarantine for 2 weeks after diagnosis?
Anyways, peloton and apple fitness have free trials and classes that don’t require weights. Also on youtube, popsugar fitness or fitness blender are food alternatives.
Ah sorry I thought you meant like Friday to Monday like within the same week. I don’t know time anymore with covid lol but okay, hope you recover alright OP!

I feel like you should just do light yoga and stretching. You have a flu virus, so your body needs it rest to properly fight it even if you're not symptomatic.
Just curious, how did you know to get tested if you had no symptoms?
Thanks
Obé fitness has a free trial, use code MADELINE100. They offer so many different types of workouts!
