Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express
Gotta say I LOL’d at this.

I think the most commonly used one with the expectation of just a few returns is Proconnect, and you'll be able to just pay per return. Proseries is still something that is arguably financially competitive, but I do think that as your getting started going in direction of a cloud based software is a good place to invest training yourself on the nitty gritty of how to make it do what you're trying to tell it to do.
I really like ProConnect because I can pay per return. When you have some Ching you can buy returns early and get a better price. It’s pretty easy and getting better over the 3 years I’ve used it. It’s starting to be more automated. It’s got it’s quirks like they all do. I have in client that has 30 k1s and it was a nightmare to get all in with carryovers. The apportionment is all in the data input sheets vs put in income statement and find where to do apportionment and does it tie.
