Any good ideas to keep your day job and start a business that allows for enough freedom to take taxable income from 350k to 0?

I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. I’m considering debt consolidation, specifically a company called National Debt Relief which seems legit but I’m just so hesitant because I’m scared to make my situation worse. Or a personal loan to pay off all the CC debt and then have a smaller all in one payment. I’m intelligent and I work in finance, it’s so embarrassing. HELP.

Started my Roth IRA in 2019 and bought some funds that aren’t doing so well. I want to trade them for an index fund that the majority of my Roth IRA is in. Will I be penalized for “selling” before a certain amount of time? I don’t plan on taking the money out until retirement, just want to reallocate.

I recently was let go (in lieu of accepting my two weeks) and I should have received my March expense check by the end of April per the employment agreement (submitted the report April 1, let go before mid April). How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?
