Guys, I got an offer letter from Tata Consultancy

Few observations I have where I need your suggestion.

1. Fixed Basic is only 18% of CTC. I think the only benefit from this is lower Retirals deductions.

2. There is one "Personal allowance" that is almost 70% of the BoB. Any benefit from this on tax?

I have 6 year experience in project management.
What is the current market salary?
I am at 6lpa, how much should I expect in my next switch?

98 almost 99k base salary in San Diego, CA not including the bonuses or OT… is this too low or reasonable?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

A lot of people here seem to glamorize MANGA positions - good pay, and good WLB. There has to be a catch, right?

Accepted an offer for 150k with another b4 (currently at D) with 4 YOE. I should be happy and jumping with this number but being an 1st gen immigrant, this number is too unreal/scary to me. Growing up I watched my parents struggle working multiple jobs from sunrise to midnight just to make minimum wage for us to have a good life but now it feels weird to be making this much? how many days does it generally takes for a company to come back with a revised offer ? I had an offer letter received on thursday 21st and i asked for a 10% increase which the Hr agreed and said will be giving the updated letter in a week.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
