I don’t understand why guys don’t use undershirts, buy a couple nice packs of really soft cotton shirts and it really is more comfortable
Soak in hot water and a generous scoop of oxi clean for 8 hrs+, then wash. Gets the stains out. Also, all of the people complaining about sweat stains being gross have clearly not experienced taking a crowded subway with a suit and tie on.
Agree Re: avoidance of any product that contains aluminum. Generally, antiperspirants of any kind is no good long term. deodorants from the likes of 'Every Man Jack' (or similar) are the way to go.
I only wear undershirts in cold weather, otherwise it's craziness wearing essentially 2 shirts in humid conditions.
Wear undershirts! Nothing more disgusting than a guy with sweat stains!!! Gross af
Apply antiperspirant at night; refresh with non antiperspirant deodorant in the am 👌🏽

Undershirts are the least bad alternative in my experience, particularly in warm/humid climates, though I’ve also been sweaty plenty of times at clients with excessive heat in winter.
