Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

NEIGHBORHOOD or go to the suburbs. I own two properties in Chicagoland. What is your budget?
That’s a big budget what are you looking to get. Honestly, I would go to the suburbs to maximize what you are getting

Buy in the best school district possible for maximum appreciation
In Chicago, it’s all about location and school district. Location = ease of access to Lake Michigan, Metra/EL, and highways.
Do you live in the Chicagoland area? Any specific recommendations?
These areas seem impossible to get into as a first time home buyer.
What are the distance requirements for work/school commute to the city or any other part of the Chicago metro?
Follow the suburbs along the Metra Lines. There are several suburbs in Northwest and West with good schools and property values that you can find a home in your budget. But it also depends on the condition, age, and size (Sq.Ft.) of the home.
It is quite expensive on North Shore unless you go further out, then you're probably touching over an hour of Metra ride. But, there may be homes that are move-in ready, but dated that you can upgrade over time.
