Don’t know anything about the Finex team, but Chicago is one of our larger offices with a great office culture. Consultant level is a bit low for someone with 15+ years experience. WTW is known for lower pay compared to its peers but we have a great retirement and pension scheme to make up for it.
WLB is better than some peers, but that really depends on the line of business itself. Some have busy seasons and some are fairly busy throughout the year. Again, don’t know Finex so don’t know what their clients are or who even is on the team lol
For consultant-level, expect a 15% or 20% STI Target depending on the level. Higher level is expected to sell, lower level is purely PM/Consulting.
This is great! Thanks!
