I have 7+ years of inside sales experience.
Currently in real estate but want to get into a remote tech sales position.
So far I have tried applying at company pages “career page” but no luck as of yet.
Resume is pretty strong!
Can anyone refer or recommend a recruiter and/or company I should look into?

Joining Deloitte. I just submitted my documents to immigration. How long will it take to file my H1B case with USCIS? It’s wired big company like Deloitte is using third party law firm for H1B transfers.

I am in a long distance relationship with someone who is currently in B school. He spends pretty much all his breaks and holidays traveling with his classmates. Most of the time I am fine. But for some important holidays and my birthday, I told him we should spend time together. He just said it’s more important for him to bond with his classmates and ignore my ask. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
