It's might crack a window, but don't expect it to be a full blown escape plan.

Would like to get into valuation (not TAS), providing second opinions on fund controlling interest investments.

Same! That or ER

How's the studying going? It's an overwhelming amount of material

I feel prepared - though it wasn't easy juggling with 60 hr work weeks. Going to be a helluva summer! What's ER?

Ah I still have a ways to go. Still have over a month left though. And Equity Research.

Any idea the difficulty to move over to buy or sell side ER? Is that an easy move? Is the CPA enough to make the move ? Or do u need CPA/some CFA?

It's difficult but possible with some CFA / finance degree. Probably a bit tougher than moving into a public accounting Valuation practice

In college/grad school I always had a meal plan which made it super easy to get food. Then right after grad school I went right into consulting which I’ve always expensed meals or eaten out.

Now being at home, I have to adult by finding and making food myself - this sucks! 🤣😫
