Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

I am in probation in the new company I joined recently (4.5 months). My task is mostly to assist one person in his tasks. I do the work and learn in parallel and I also do other smaller mundane tasks.
