Anybody moved from Big 4's oracle cloud consulting to Oracle's cloud consulting practice? Does moving from Senior Associate level at 131k base pay (and 7-10% bonus paid once annually) to Oracle at 160k base pay and 20% bonus paid quarterly with RSU make sense? Any folks with similar experience?
