What is the package they are offering for 10 Years experienced Developer? Current CTC 45 LPA. Can they offer 60 LPA?

I have an interview for a big in-house place coming up. A friend who works there, same role I'm interviewing for, makes I think 40/hr. I'm at 56/yr now, way cocky for me to go in asking for $45/hr?
