Can someone guide how to negotiate with HR for salary on the basis of another counter offer.
Let's say I have got offer from company A and B.
The salary of B is little more than A.
I am willing to join A, hence want to re negotiate.

Looking for some positive answers.

My H1B visa got stamped last year after 2.5 years of wait due to petition/RFE/Covid. There was no onsite slot in my project to travel due to resource cut. My India salary was less (13 lpa) and I was only getting promises for travel. Finally I decided to resign and got an offer (28 lpa). Now my company is saying there is a ready to move position in another project. But, things have changed, my wife is pregnant and I feel like my parents need me more as they are dependent on me.
