I am an SA1 in the UK, 3 years in the firm. In the UK there’s a threat of losing your job if you fail your cpa equivalent exams twice. My anxiety started from there when I sat my final 3 exams in July and it builds up as I started to work a very complex big job straight after the exam. I have also been constantly working busy seasons (dec, march, june, and sept year end) and I it is pretty taxing. I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?
