Ubering for the bonus. My little hack.

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?
Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA
Is the switching cost/risk and higher COL worth it?

Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

It may be hard to give a comprehensive breakdown for each role on this platform, and it can vary wildly by company, so you may have different answers.
At one company I worked for, an integrated producer was a project manager, and at another I worked at it was defined as the Digital Producer who manages the design/execution of web projects.
Im a content producer and my main expertise is video production and post production, with some overlap on photography shoots, but usually only when a campaign requires both on the same set.
Art producer I have generally seen being the go to producer for photography, and illustration/animation based still images.
Creative producers I usually see associated with overall campaigns or events and being responsible for the creative aesthetic and production needs for that. I’ve seen this role produce nearly all types of creative assets (Again this role can vary too).
Simply ‘Producer’ will be different depending on the company as well and their expertise.
Exec producer is usually the highest level Producer who has oversight for particular clients and projects associated with those clients. Depending on the size or complexity of a component of a project, they can be responsible for those project tasks as well.
Art buyer I usually associate with someone who manages the licensing or purchasing of art assets, whether that is stock footage/images or negotiating rights for using existing assets with photographers or other talent to make sure you are allowed to use what’s shown on your advertisement.
This may be an over generalization so hopefully I’m not offending anyone here. It’s just been my experience and interactions with these roles.
In terms of pay, there is a hierarchy of junior, associate, senior, executive for these roles… but I don’t truthfully know the pay differences for specialties since I’m mostly content. If Glassdoor or LinkedIn is to be believed, the pay isn’t that drastic in difference until you go up to senior or executive status.
Thank you!
Generally as media and tech has evolved so have traditional roles. So a traditional art producer may have previously only handled photo and illustration, And some agencies still have a need for that. But many producers have adapted and now do digital production, OOH, video, animation, print and experiential. As people gain more experience in those roles they gain titles, senior to executive and also jump around in levels depending on the agency and the project. Content tries to capture all the expertise that a traditional producer has added to their skills. Creative implies a tie in to creative development and separates a project manager type of producer from one who advocates and can really speak to the creative product and creation processes, truly articulate how and why to both creative teams and to clients.
Thank you for the thoughtful response!
