Hey I’m here right now lol
Been here for not even 24 hours so I can give a better review in a few days

Haha awesome. Review awaited! Hope you have fun!
Heard it’s solid, rarely fully booked, but service is not quite up to PH standards
Room was fantastic. Go for the plunge pool. Spa was good, not great. Pool and beach were great. The water itself was not on par with say Grand Cayman. Food was fine, not great. Good spots off property to check out. Recommend taking a boat to Nevis and having some drinks at Sunshine’s

Thank you!
Service is super slow. Go in prepared with that (like seriously slower your expectations - take usual island time and triple it and you still might be disappointed)
Other than that it is great
Forget to get back to this, but some thoughts on my stay that finished last week:
In short, the other reviews here are generally spot on. Nice property, not overcrowded by any means, but service can be lacking at times. I’ll couch my review by stating that this was my first PH experience, however I’ll use the St. Regis Bora Bora as a comparison point.
For context, we were there for 5 nights in a ‘beachside’ room (walk out patio on the ground floor). There are maybe 20-25 buildings, each with 3 floors. Ground floor gets the walk out patio, second floor gets a terrace and the top floor has a rooftop deck.
Things we enjoyed:
Not particularly difficult to find chairs by the pool / ocean and they don’t have the nonsense of needing to claim a chair early in the morning
Well sized room with very upscale touches. Property does not feel rundown at all and the rooms reflect that. For 25-30k points/night, this was a very nice bang for buck.
Proximity to Cockleshell Beach if you’re looking for a quiet but lively beach off property, can walk here in about 5 minutes.
The resort’s isolated location means that it’s very quiet, skies are nice and dark at night, etc.
Things that could be better:
As others have said, service is a mixed bag. Many requests we had took multiple attempts because the first ask fell into the abyss (e.g., Calling to have the room serviced while we were out for the day, a taxi not being booked for our departure, having something taken off the bill, etc.). However, the service itself was often impeccable. When they had a hiccup in getting our taxi booked for the return, they drove us personally to get us to the airport in time. When we had a dietary restriction issue with the restaurant, they organized and offered a complimentary tasting menu for another night. So it can take a minute and expect island time x2, but the service itself is actually well done.
Functionally, there are only 2 restaurants on property with the 3rd being the fine dining option open on certain nights. For stays longer than a few nights, this can get a bit repetitive for dinner especially since everything at Cockleshell closes pretty early. Similarly, breakfast only has one option on property (plus one grab and go) and the cafe across the street is closed multiple days and will randomly close on weekend days for private functions.
Included amenities felt more limited than necessary (e.g., Pickleball was additional cost even though the courts were empty 90% of the time, complimentary rum tasting including things like Bacardi in the tasting, etc.). With an award stay, the $60 nightly resort fee was already covered, but if I were on a cash fare I might be more annoyed by this.
Tips:
Rent a car if you want to go off property more than once (and maybe even then). Taxis are not cheap because Christophe Harbor is so far from the rest of the island, but they are easy to organize if you prefer to not drive. The roads are narrow and winding so account for this in your math.
