Anyone else feel like we quietly lost Summer Fridays and no one protested? My old firm used to let us log off by 1pm on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day and honestly, it was the one perk that actually made me feel human during busy season recovery. But ever since hybrid became the norm, leadership scrapped it like “you already WFH, what more do you want?” 😑 Meanwhile, burnout’s creeping back and morale is tanking. Would you take Summer Fridays over other perks like flex hours or remote options?

Moving to the city next week and found out that I need to set up internet (obviously 😅). Any tips on how to go about it? How long it’ll take? Never done this before and I work from home/need internet soon when I move in
