Hi Adidas Family,
Do you have any idea about internal transfer process? I have joined Adidas recently and looking for internal transfer to Amsterdam office.
FYI.. I have one more counter offer for UAE and they are ready to give me 75L INR.
+if I get the transfer, how much I can expect for M4 profile?
When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.
I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?

It’s a compliment and keep doing you. It’ll help you be remembered and stand out in a crowd.
I would take that as a compliment. Just double check your fashion choices aren't TOO forward/non-conservative.
I've seen a few 'fashion' choices in the office that may look cute elsewhere, but aren't business attire (ex: crop top with midriff showing)
LOL a senior manager talked so much shi* about my outfits at work. It’s whatever though, as long as the performance reviews are still stellar and I get paid either way.
Own it and be yourself. Your credibility and competency will shine despite your outward appearance. Do your best to ignore comments like that and prove them all wrong by demonstrating just how capable you are. People will always be judgers.
I work in industry. I met a new coworker and he said "oh what department are you in? Sales?"

Just take the compliment…
People make odd comments. I was once told I didn’t look professional enough. Mind you I was wearing a nice, long sleeve work blouse (black color) and jeans, standing next to my male colleague wearing a long sleeve shirt, an open vest, and jeans…and some strangers said he looked more like a professional…I don’t get it. I think we were both dressed comfortable for a work day but people will still make odd comments
I use to get that a ton when I was an IRS Agent. Im like yeah we dont all looked like needs.
