Anyone else put up some hard boundaries at work and get up level pushback? Like I have a hard stop at 5:30-8:30 to take care of my toddler and if they need me to work weekends I need to know by Thursday so I can set up childcare. IMO if you bristle at these boundaries it’s a clear sign you’re a dinosaur and not as modern or flexible as you claim to be.
