Anyone else struggling to eat in the third trimester? I am 34 weeks and have had morning sickness come back (mostly just in the morning, but I can’t keep down anything in the morning) and I’ve had horrible acid reflux and the only way to manage it (even with Pepcid) is to eat very little and nothing within 3-4 hours before bed. Thinking about just trying to sip high calorie smoothies throughout the day to get enough nutrients and wondering if anyone else is in the same boat

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Anyone get their covid booster shot in 3rd trimester? My ob recommended it but I’m unsure if I should get it now or wait until after delivery.
