Anyone ever do consultation work for nonprofits? If so what was your hourly rate? Also, do you have to create some type entity to do this type of work?

I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? What were the likelihoods that they would have raised my salary? I had no other competing offers at the time

Got an offer for Microsoft but I was hoping to get feedback on what everyone thinks about the Microsoft Azure team and the work life balance. What should be an approximate Total Comp for Redmond if I am moving states.

Agency I freelance for just gave me the ultimatum. I’d make $75K less to go full-time, and even that they weren’t sure they could get finance to sign off.

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. And little nervous as well. What could be the reasons if the embryo is not implanted ? Is it something with to do with me? Do we need to do anything from our side, like acupuncture ?

The posted salary range was $48-58k and I was offered $53k, which I think is fine, but I’ll be moving to the LA metro area and I’m a little concerned about the cost of living. Hi everyone, so I am starting a job as a Director of Development on Monday. My salary is 64k in an org that brings in around 7 million with 100+ employees. We are in a mid sized city also.
